About Sharon

Sharon Lee brings compassion and sensitivity to areas of complex trauma, unmended relationships, and grief. She creates a safe space to explore the beliefs and behaviors that often arise from traumatic experiences. Relaxation techniques are used in combination with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to facilitate healing for the addict and for the loved ones who are affected by default. Through her extensive training and experience, Sharon teaches practical skills to help the addict and the partner or family move from lives mired in addiction to thriving in recovery.

Sharon Lee earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She is a CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist) working with people to restore their lives and relationships. She is trained by Dr. Patrick Carnes through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). It necessitates continuing education to help her remain an expert on sexual addiction. This rigorous training helps to provide the best possible treatment.
